Get ready to celebrate one of the most delicious days of the year! This Thursday, our school will be celebrating Pi Day with a fun and tasty event during both lunch periods.
Students will have the chance to participate in “Pie Your Favorite Staff”, where volunteers from the staff will bravely step up to take a pie to the face—all in good fun. The activity is sure to bring plenty of laughter and school spirit as students cheer on their favorite teachers and staff members.
Along with the main event, students can also purchase pies at a special price. Pies will be available for $3 each or two for $5, making it the perfect opportunity to grab a treat with friends while celebrating the famous mathematical constant, pi (3.14).
Pi Day is traditionally celebrated on March 14 (3/14) because the date matches the first three digits of pi. Schools around the world celebrate the day with math-themed activities, puzzles, and of course—lots of pie.
Be sure to stop by during lunch, enjoy some pie, and support your favorite staff members as they take part in this lighthearted tradition. It’s a sweet way to mix math, fun, and school community all in one event!
Don’t miss out on the fun this Thursday!
