Preparing for a musical theatre production involves a number of steps including choosing a show fitting both the size of your cast, your budget, and securing rights once you have chosen a show you will need to secure the rights to perform it…. Casting, once you have assembled your production team, auditions can be held to find the right actors, singers, and dancers for each role and lastly assembling a production team which requires a team of professionals, including a director, choreographer, musical director, and technical crew. One huge step for creating a production such as musical is props and backgrounds, such as fake trees, fake stones, walls and doors. One specific class “name” prepares all of the props and background for the musical.
